  1. I'm still on a hunt for a scale. Apparently Harvard views all newcomers as terrorists and restricts them from such places as gyms, where one might find a scale, and laundry rooms. They must be wise to the classic strategy of hiding in plain sight, because as we all know, terrorists are all scrawny and smelly. Therefore gyms and laundry rooms are basically disguise shops for terror.

    Disguise strategy:
    1. Exercise and become less bony
    2. Do laundry and reduce smell
    3. ??
    4. Destroy America!

  2. However, I can tell you that either my belt is broken, or I have dropped in pant size.

  3. Maybe you can find a carnival and get someone to guess your weight. Have you tried a pharmacy like the US version of Shopper's Drug Mart? Maybe they have scales for sale that you can "test". Also try department stores with the same strategy. Or perhaps America is so delusional about it's weigh problem that it's banned personal scales altogether.

  4. I'll have to look around indeed. I was finally given my ID card that clearly states, "Not a terrorist" so I can now do laundry and exercise. However, they have no scales in their gym, so I am still weightless. Put me down at 100 lbs. I feel very thin today. Okay, maybe 103 lbs. I still have to poo this morning.

  5. Good Gawd people!
I must say this is all very impressive. Most impressive of all is that you have all been very introspective and will therefore be more appreciative of your future eating choices and styles after this experiment. Congrats to everyone for their continued efforts and for being so frank about what is happening physcially, psychologically and emotionally. All very important observations and sharing them are helpful for all readers.
    Please continue the good work.
